Lily Ann Rainey
Born and raised in the vibrant city of Pampanga Philippines. She was captivated by the world of beauty from a young age. After 23 years of embracing her homeland’s culture, she embarked on a new chapter by immigrating to the United States in 2012. With a passion for beauty and artistry she decided to pursue her dream of becoming a nail technician. With unwavering determination, she enrolled in Bellus Academy school in 2014 and have since honing her skills to provide exceptional nail care services.
As a dedicated mother of 2 children, she understands the challenges and joys of balancing family life with personal aspirations. Her kids inspire her daily to pursue her dreams while creating a nurturing environment for them to thrive.
